Preparation for Your Fence Installation

To ensure a smooth process and get exactly what you need for your fence, there are a few things you can do to prepare. Although we provide an approximate timeline for installation, factors like weather, unforeseen equipment issues, and sick days can cause changes. We will call to get all PUBLIC utilities marked, and when those lines are marked, it’s the best indication that we’ll be on our way within the next week.

To prepare for the installation, you should also mark your sprinkler lines and heads, as well as any private utilities. It’s crucial to ensure any property pins are clearly marked, especially for perimeter fences, so we can get as close to the property lines as possible. Additionally, please pick up any debris like dog poop or brush to ensure our installers can access the fence line cleanly.

The foreman of the project will give you a call to let you know they are coming. It’s essential to meet with them on the first day of the project only to confirm the exact locations of gates and fence lines. If you have any questions or concerns, please give your local office a call.
